Harrison Butler

Co‑Founder & Head of customer success

I’m a personal trainer with over five years of experience working directly with extremely busy professionals at all levels, from board and senior management to recent postgraduates.

I specialise in working with high-pressure, desk-based professionals across sectors such as tech, finance and professional services, helping people build simple, sustainable habits around movement, sleep and nutrition.

Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand how much physical wellbeing can influence how people perform, feel and operate at work. While I’ve loved supporting individuals, I became increasingly passionate about creating change at a company level and helping businesses make wellbeing a genuine part of their culture.

I’m dedicated to transforming organisational performance by embedding physical wellbeing into the corporate fabric, ensuring health becomes a strategic advantage rather than a daily challenge.

Our Founders

Summit Wellbeing Group was born from a simple observation: modern teams are busier than ever, and wellbeing often falls to the bottom of the list. Our mission is to simplify workplace wellness, integrating healthy habits into the natural rhythm of the workday for sustainable, long-term impact.

Dennis Iriele

Co-Founder  & Head of Wellness operations

Health and fitness have always been part of how I operate. So when I started my placement year in the corporate world, something stood out to me very quickly.

It wasn't that people didn't care about their health. Most of them did. It was that the environment made it genuinely difficult to act on it. Long hours, constant decision-making, back-to-back meetings and so by mid-afternoon the easiest option always won. And the easiest option was rarely a good one.

I watched capable, motivated people hit a wall and assume it was just part of the job. I did it myself.

The problem wasn't discipline. It was that nobody had made the better choice easily accessible.

That's what Summit Wellbeing Group exists to fix. We help growing businesses embed practical nutrition and healthy habits into everyday working life without adding to anyone's already full plate.

Because wellbeing shouldn't compete with work. It should be built into it.

Work satisfaction

Work had started to feel overwhelming, and I found myself losing the wellbeing I once had. Making small, sustainable changes to my routine and mindset helped me regain my confidence, manage pressure more effectively, and rediscover my enjoyment of work.
